We have loooooooads of work for you at Hillrich. So much so that we do not have enough colleagues to fill all the shifts we receive from our Customers.
We have one team at Hillrich made up of two parts:
Our colleagues out in the ‘field’
Our colleagues in the office.

When working with us (did you get that? WITH US, NOT FOR US) we will truly get to know you. What makes you tick, what your personal situation is, what type of work you enjoy and what locations you want to work in.
We will not offer you the type of work you do not want.
We will NEVER put you under any pressure to accept shifts.
All we ask from you is that you are straight with us and keep communicating with us. If there is something we need to improve on, you must tell us. If we do not know about it, we cannot do anything about it! Similarly, we will do the same with you.
We will continually communicate with you to ensure you are happy, to see how your last shift went and to find out if there is anything we can do for you. We regularly gain feedback from our Customers on our Colleagues so we pass that onto you.
There are not enough ‘Well Done’ and ‘Good Work’ conversations in this Industry. At Hillrich, there are!! We will praise you when you are flying and give you a nudge if you need to pull your socks up!
