Continuity

We understand how important continuity of staff is to our Customers. We will ALWAYS endeavour to supply you with ‘been before’ staff. If we cannot you can be confident that all our staff are trained to the same exacting standards. They all have a minimum of 12 months experience in our industry so although they may not know your service or service users/residents/customers, they will know what their role is. They will be confident in themselves and will ask questions if they are ever unsure.

Consistency

We will give you Consistency of service, communication and  – all the time – every time.

Whenever you contact us, you can be sure that we will always get back to you within our industry-unique Service Level Agreement. If you are new to Hillrich, we will explain this to you and how it has streamlined our current customers’ Agency use.

We want you to have the same feeling whenever you contact us. No ups and downs, just Consistency from us.

Confidence

We want to install in you, Confidence in us. This comes from us becoming a Partner to you, not just ‘An Agency’.

  • We Interview, Reference Check, Compliance Check and Induct all our Candidates prior to them starting work with us (a given!)
  • We undertake all our own training, which is Skills for Care endorsed.
  • We operate 24 hours on call. Whenever you need to speak with us day or night, you will always speak with someone from our office – never a Call Centre!
  • We will always provide confirmation in writing of all shifts we cover for you. With our confirmation email, we will attach a Colleague Profile for the individual(s) who are covering the shifts for you along with a photo and a brief outline of their experience.
  • We supplement this with, where applicable, video profiles of our Colleagues. We have seen this pioneering initiative assists our Customer’s Service Users to be able to ‘Meet’ the person supporting them prior to shift.
  • We have a Clinical Lead at Hillrich (Carol Stead). Carol has worked in various clinical roles from providing direct care to managing acute inpatient services, community services and urgent response services as well as Clinical Governance and Workforce Lead. Carol is now using her extensive knowledge and expertise at Hillrich to ensure that only the best candidates are chosen and that they are committed to providing high-quality care and support in their allocated roles as well as maintaining the highest standards and quality.
  • Carol’s 38 years of experience enables her to ensure a robust recruitment process is undertaken ensuring clients receive a first-class consistent service. Carol’s proficiency as a manager and mentor ensures candidates are provided support with interviews, inductions, training, appraisals and supervisions as well as the day-to-day management of Nurses, Support Workers and Healthcare Assistants.
